An Idea machine and seasoned hospitality executive; Samantha’s diverse skillsets derive from over 20 years experience in global hospitality development, and food & beverage operations; both front and back of the house. Samantha Directed Food & Beverage operations for W Hotel Times Square and W Hotel St. Petersburg; Russia as well lead 19 Starwood Hotel global openings, and complex joint ventures with industry leaders: Jean-George Vongerichten, Alain Ducasse, and Jose Andres to name a few.
Samantha has cultivated early childhood interests from woodshop to garden to kitchen; and now holds a culinary arts degree from The Culinary Institute of America, a trained six sigma greenbelt, and makes dandelion wine and gardens on her roof top in Brooklyn.

Joshua Gunsberger leads the hospitality real estate operations here at Hospitality Sprout. With over 15-years in commercial, residential and mixed-used real estate, he is adept at aligning with ever-changing market conditions and trends. His love and appreciation for all aspects of eat + drink has led him to represent many acclaimed chefs including Gunter Seeger, Tim Love, David Chang and Maribel Araujo.
Josh is also the owner/founder of JG Realty, a full service real estate brokerage with hand picked specialists in the areas of business sales and acquisitions, business finance, franchise and investment development. As an entrepreneur and investor, Josh combines his fluent Spanish with a love for chocolate as co-owner of a family-run chocolate company based in the Dominican Republic. He is responsible for bringing the franchise FasTracKids to Brooklyn, and owns the early childhood learning center Play in Greenpoint.
